Setting Up An Account
         
First time users may set up an account with us by clicking on the "Account" link on the top toolbar of the online store. All account information is handled through a secure server, so you will be asked to provide a unique login username and password to assure that your information remains available only to you. Returning customers who have previously established an account with us may use the secure "Account" feature to change their account information at anytime.
         
Ordering Online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
         
If you have a question about ordering online please feel free to call one of our friendly customer service representatives at
1-877-396-3874. They can help you with the ordering process or will be happy to take your order over the phone if you prefer. When you are ready to checkout, you can click the "Checkout" link at the top right of any page. If we have been unable to identify you as a registered customer, we will provide you with the opportunity to log in or to shop anonymously.
         
Shop Anonymously
         
If you shop "Anonymously" none of your information will be stored for future orders and all information will have to be provided each time you shop.
         
Shipping Information
         

Input boxes allow you to enter shipping information, including name, company if applicable, address, city, state, zip, phone and email address. You have the opportunity to edit any of the information (but please note, editing shipping information will not change the billing information; you must return to Step 1 to edit the billing information). When you are satisfied that the information is correct, continue to the next step by clicking on the "Continue " button. (If you have already created a customer account, this information is already filled in for you.)

UPS is our shipper of choice but we may on occasion use the USPS depending on cost and location of delivery. COD are now guaranteed funds, Certified Check or Money Order.

Orders placed on Thursday can have the option for 2nd Day Saturday delivery.

         
 
Commercial vs. Residential - What is the definition?

A residential delivered is defined in the UPS Tarrif/Terms and Conditions as:

1. A residential delivery is defined as delivery to a location that is a home, including business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open to the public.

2. If the delivery location could be constructed as either residential or commercial, then the rates for residential delivery service will be applied.

3. Commercial destinations require a signature. a. If a customer is not at their business at the time the driver is delivering, if the customer requests the packages be left, then the driver must record the delivery as residential in order to release those
packages without a signature.

 
Shipping & Payment Methods
         

You will be presented with available shipping options ranging from Standard Ground Shipping to Overnight Delivery. A summary of your order costs also appears at this step. When you have made your shipping and payment method selections, continue to the next step by clicking on the "Continue" button in the bottom right hand corner.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Shipping charges will vary if the order consists of multiple packages. ** When ordering Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select Exodus must enter the dimensions of the box, which in most cases increases the shipping charges higher than what appears on your order. Please call to confirm shipping charges on Express shipments so you are not surprised by additional charges to your order.


All overnight orders must be submitted to us no later than 2:00 pm e.s.t. Express Shipments must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm E.S.T. Any orders placed on “Friday” for “Saturday Delivery” will be a “Priority Overnight,” there is an additional $25.00 charge which will be added to the already calculated Priority Overnight amount. Verify you have “Saturday Delivery” in your area before requesting this service. If you do not, you can request the “Hold At Location” option, please phone Exodus Breeders Corporation with the additional information needed to complete the shipment.
