  For those who have access to a sperm counter:
       
  400 to 600 million progressively motile sperm extended 4:1 (4 parts extender to 1 part semen).
A total dilution rate of 20 - 25 million Progressively Motile Sperm per extended milliliter.
       
       
  For those who do not have access to a sperm counter:
       
  Take the total volume for the ejaculate and add 4 times that amount in a like temperature extender and slowly invert several times for uniform dilution.
